Supported Internships

Information session

Would you like to learn more about Brent's Supported Internships programme?

Brent Council has been delivering since 2020 for its residents who have an ECHP, and we would like to invite you to this session to have a better understanding of the programme.

  • Day: 14th May 2025
  • Time: 1pm-2pm
  • On Teams: Follow this link or email me at elizabeth.rojas@brent.gov.uk to send you an invite, or drop me a line if you would like to learn more but are not able to attend.

The session is relevant for you if:

  • You are working directly with Brent’s young SEND residents with an ECHP.
  • Your team would be interested in offering a placement to an intern.

The session will be facilitated by Arthur Vorsatz (Kaleidos-Scope) and will cover:

  • What model do the internships follow?
  • What are the criteria for young people to participate?
  • What do you need if you are considering offering a placement.

What is a Supported Internship?
